Shipping policy​

DAHLIA TUBER ORDERS: 

Dahlia tubers are shipped in the Spring once the danger of frost is past in OUR zone (5).

We do not plan on beginning to ship out until mid-late April. Some orders may not ship until mid-May as we are completely at the mercy of the weather. Our last frost date can be as late as May 14th, but we do make efforts to start shipping before that once weather allows. We try to ship in order of frost dates to your location as best we can.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. In the Spring, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your tubers are shipped.​

 

On Farm Pick Up is available for local orders. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Since local pickup represents a very small number of our orders, please checkout with the shipping method, but then email us to let us know you would like to pickup on farm. We can then credit you the shipping charges.

All orders ship USPS or UPS and typically take 2-3 days in transit for most areas of the US.

Shipping costs are as follows:

1-5 tubers $10 

6-20 tubers $17

21+ tubers $22

Once items ship, we are not responsible for anything that happens in transit, but please reach out to us and if we can help in any way, we will do our best.
